Low Budget Feature Film Script
This category applies to all feature film length scripts of any genre, set in any location which can be produced for Rs 1 million (Pakistan Rupees). This budget includes pre-production, production and post-production.
It’s up to you to determine if the budget is possible, but as part of the judging process we’ll decide whether we think it’s genuinely achievable. If your script has no special effects, few locations, few if any purpose-build sets, minimal costumes, no celebrities or crowd scenes etc, it could easily qualify for this category. In addition to supplying us with a script you’ll also need to provide a ‘back-of-an-envelope’ budget which will be part of the judging process. A budget template is available on our website.
